Course Access Issue Resolved

We be came aware of an issue at approximately 4pm where students could not access their courses in Moodle. This issue was only affecting first-year students. By 4:30pm the issue was fixed, and all access to courses was restored. First-year students may need to Log Out of Moodle using the menu at the top right of your screen, then Log In again in order for courses to update.

If you are have any further issues with Moodle, please contact the ITS Service Desk.

ISSUE RESOLVED: Missing courses from Spring 2017 and earlier

Our vendor has fixed the issue which caused faculty to be missing some or all of their courses from the Spring 2017 term and earlier. If there are still any courses that you can not access that you need help with, please contact the ITS Service Desk.

ATTN Faculty: Some users missing courses from Spring 2017 and earlier

We are aware of an issue where some faculty are missing some, or in a few cases all, of their previous courses from the Spring 2017 semester and earlier. The courses and all of their content still exist, but your role as the "Teacher" of the course in Moodle simply needs to be re-added.  


We are working with our vendor, eThink, to get you listed back as teachers on those courses so you can regain access to your old content.
