On Monday evening, June 5, 2017, ITS will be changing the name of the wifi network for students and employees from "sncexternal" to "snc". This change will happen between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

During that one-hour window, access to the wifi network will be briefly interrupted. After this change, all wireless devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc) that were connected to the old wifi network (sncexternal) will no longer have that access. In order to regain network access, simply go into the wifi settings on your device and connect to the new network (snc). You will not need to re-register your device.

This change does not affect desktop computers, printers, or other devices that are plugged into a network jack.

If you have any questions about this or any other technical issue, please contact the ITS Service desk at 920-403-4040 or, or stop in to see us in Cofrin 119.
